On January 14, 2019, Dally was selected 49th overall in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft by FC Cincinnati. He signed with the club on February 28, 2019.
On March 5, 2019, Dally was loaned to USL Championship side Memphis 901 for their 2019 season.
Dally is eligible to play for the Jamaican national team, and has represented the club at Under-17 and Under-20 level, as well as being called in to the senior national team training camp in March 2018.
